Stainless steel seamless tube is a steel product with a hollow cross-section and no seams around it. Stainless steel seamless tube is made by hot rolling (hot extrusion) or cold drawing (oil drawing) process. The specific process flow is as follows.
1.Hot rolling (hot extrusion)
round tube billet → heating → perforation → three-roller oblique rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion → tube removal → sizing (or reducing diameter) → cooling → straightening → water pressure test or non-destructive testing → marking → storage
2.Cold drawing (cold rolling)
round tube billet → heating → perforation → heading → annealing → pickling → oiling (copper plating) → multi-pass cold drawing (cold rolling) → billet tube → heat treatment → straightening → water pressure test or non-destructive testing → marking → storage.
