SHANGHAI NOSINDA METAL CO., LTD manufactures high-precision stainless steel capillary tubes, primarily in grades 316(L), 304(L), 321(H), 309S, and 310(S). Sizes range from OD0.3-16mm and WT0.05-2.0mm, with a tight tolerance of ±0.02mm. Our SS capillary tubes conform to ISO 9001:2015 standard, as well as American, European, Japanese and Chinese standards. We produce both welded and seamless stainless steel capillary tubes, which are widely used in the chemical, petroleum, paper, energy, sewage, pharmaceutical, aerospace, decoration, bridge, textile printing and dyeing, machinery hardware, shipbuilding, and engineering industries for transporting gases, liquids, and dry powders. Our stainless steel capillary tubes are available in four categories: AP tubes, MP tubes, BA tubes, and EP tubes. BA and EP tubes are the most popular and widely recognized in various industrial applications both domestically and internationally due to their high precision and superior corrosion resistance. For reference, in most cases, TP 316L capillary tubes containing 10%Ni are sufficient for general corrosive environments, but we can also produce SUS 316L capillary tubes containing 12%Ni, which offer stronger corrosion resistance and are particularly suitable for special applications such as those involving highly toxic gases. We can supply stainless steel capillary tubes in a variety of sizes and grades. If you require non-standard sizes or unlisted grades, we can customize them for you.
