Physical Vacuum Coating Technology

The V-Series utilizes vacuum metal-coating technology. Its material structure consists of an aluminum substrate, an adhesion layer, a 99.99% ultra-pure aluminum coating, and a protective and reflection-enhancing layer (composed of TiO2 + MgF2*). Unlike common protective and reflection-enhancing layers that rely on an SiO2 combination, the V-Series employs a TiO2 + MgF2 combination. Testing of this novel combination has demonstrated a 1.5% increase in total reflectivity compared to materials utilizing the SiO2 + TiO2 combination. In fact, its reflectivity can reach levels as high as 98%—a performance benchmark typically achievable only through the application of a 99.99% ultra-pure silver coating. This product not only significantly enhances reflective performance but also helps reduce material costs for customers.
The exceptional light-reflection performance of the V-Series products substantially boosts the light utilization efficiency of lighting, optical, and solar energy equipment. *Introduction to MgF2
Magnesium fluoride (MgF2) is utilized in optical systems subject to highly demanding environmental conditions, exhibiting extremely high transmittance across the vacuum ultraviolet to infrared spectrum (110 nm to 6000 nm). Exposure to radiation does not induce the formation of color centers within the material. Furthermore, it possesses excellent mechanical properties, enabling it to withstand both thermal and mechanical shock; significant external force is required to induce cleavage in magnesium fluoride.

2. Superwhite
Superwhite is a highly diffuse reflective material with a reflectivity exceeding 96%, reaching as high as 98%. When utilized in LED lighting products, Superwhite’s UV-resistant and non-yellowing properties not only enhance the fixture's light output efficiency but also effectively eliminate dark spots and hot spots, thereby significantly improving the overall lighting quality. Available with either aluminum or steel substrates, the material supports various processing techniques, including roll forming, stamping, die-cutting, and punching.
