NOSINDA's new generation of continuous anodized aluminum sheets and coils, mainly produce grades 1100, 3003, 3105, 5005, and 5052, offers a maximum width of 1850mm and an oxide film thickness of over 25μm. Colors are also more diverse, ranging from natural aluminum to bronze and red sandalwood series. Sample production time is 3-7 days, and delivery time is within 10 days for coils and 15-20 days for sheets. We employ a pre-leveling, continuous straightening production method, completing precise leveling of the aluminum sheet before oxidation. Through a precision conveying system, each aluminum sheet remains flat throughout the entire processing. This not only eliminates the stress caused by curling but also avoids damage to the film layer during subsequent leveling. This new technology not only completely solves the long-standing problem of film bursting in anodized aluminum sheets but also improves the uniformity and consistency of the film layer, enabling stable production of films thicker than 25μm, meeting the demand for high-durability curtain wall aluminum sheets, and further promoting the widespread application of anodized aluminum sheets in the high-end building curtain wall field.
